Application

The machine has multi-function of mixing, lifting and discharging, etc. One equipment can match several mixing hoppers with different specifications to satisfy the demands of different batches. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
Principle
The machine consists of the pillar, bottom plate, turning fork, turning structure, hydraulic system and control system. When it works, it pushes the hopper filled with material into a rotation fork, and tightly locked by nuts, then starts the program, finishes mixing work automatically, and drops the hopper to the ground, next, loosens nuts, and pushes the hopper out.

It has proper structure, and covers a small area. Besides, it is highly flexible and adaptable, can not only realize the mixing function, but also lift and discharge, which may reduce equipment’s cost and transfer process. The mixing hopper and rotary axis form an angle of 30 °, contributing to highly efficient mixing effect.
