Spray drying technology is widely used in liquid shaping process and drying industry, to produce powder or small particles from liquid materials, such as: solution, emulsion, and pumpable paste.

After been filtered and heated, the air enters into the high-speed centrifugal atomizer through the air distributor and spiral case uniformly. And then the material liquid should sprayed into extremely fine mist / liquid beads. The material liquid contacts the hot air directly, and should be dried into the powder or final particles in a very short time. The final products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclone (s). The humid air will be discharged from blower.
