10.  Technological Guarantee & Services After Delivery

*a)     Guarantee for Equipments Quality:

After the commissioning of the plant, we will guarantee for a whole of one

year of the stable operation and the security of the equipments that we

provided. Under the condition of instructed use of the equipments and

facility, we will be responsible for one year to maintain the facility and

equipments at our account   if a problems happens. After one year, we can

also provide maintenance services for the facility at the charge of the

plants.

*b)    Technological Guarantee:

In the case that we provide the patent licenses, the process design package,

the engineering design, the patented equipments, or we provide a turnkey

contract service, we can provide accordingly the technical guarantee by

international practices.

*c)     Product Marketing :

We can recommend to the customers the well-established international

urea traders for product sales to the international market.
