9. Technical Consulting Services Before Delivery

*a) Technical Exchange and Seminars:

We will organize the urea production technological specialists and senior

managers from the customers to meet for having technical exchange

activities and seminars with the Chinese specialists and senior managers.

We will also provide consulting services for technical remolding from

prilled urea to granular urea.

*b) On-the-Spot Investigation :

After signing the LOI and the confidentiality agreement, we will arrange

the customers to do an on-the-spot investigation at the site of the remolded

urea plant in China.

*c) Bank Loan Consulting Services:

In the case that the customers are located in the third world countries and

the local government or local bank can provide a guarantee, the China

Imex Bank can provide export loan for buyers to have our technology and

equipments. Therefore, the customers can easily use the Chinese money to

complete their technological remolding of the urea plants.
