Spray drying technology refers to the spray method, so that the material in the state droplet dispersed in air currents, the material and hot gases sufficient contacts in an instant the completion of heat and mass transfer process, so that the rapid evaporation of solvent as a gas, to dry purpose. The technology eliminates the need for evaporation, crystallization, separation, and grinding and other unit operations can be continuous, automated production, operation and stability. The disadvantage is that the size of large dryers, heat transfer coefficient is low, resulting in low thermal efficiency, big power consumption.
