3, Daily operation and Notes
In the daily production process, starting equipment should be carried out before the necessary preparations. 4, Maintenance
PTC in the granulation is an important part of the production process to maintain the normal operation of equipment is to ensure stable production of the necessary conditions for PTC. Regular cleaning, maintenance and care can contribute to timely identify problems and address potential failures, reduce downtime, and ensure the production of normal and stable.
Equipment, long-running or because of improper operation, some devices will appear within the aggregate affect the normal operation of the cleaning time required to stop working. For the drying tower aggregate clean-up, cleaning the door should be opened with a long broom to remove the bottom of the funnel-shaped aggregates, open the discharge valve and rinse with tap water tower. For the feeder system, should check the filters, piping, valves, nozzles and so on, to see whether the plug, regular cleaning, inspection nozzle wear for timely replacement. Should check whether the feed pump for oil spills, pressure is normal, the oil level is normal and so on. For the fans, should check whether the shaft and bearing short of oil fever, with or without vibration, noise, etc., if necessary, to clean the fan and a fan to do a balancing proofreading.
