In the pharmaceutical industry, the material from roller compactor(dry granulator) can be tablet-compressing or capsule-filling directly.

The process- flow:

After mixing, the well-mixed powder enter into the feeding material silo from the top feeding port. by the transfer device, the well- mixed powder is delivered into the extruding device. by the force of two pressure extruding gear, the powder material become into the thin flake. Through the two-grade milling system, it makes the thin flake material into the required granule, and then finishing the granulating process.
